I offer sessions in person or online, and every one of them begins with the truth that the Lord is the one who heals. In individual sessions, I focus on the roots, not just the symptoms. Anxiety, shame, broken trust, and unhealthy patterns usually trace back to a wound or a lie that was planted years ago. I help you name it, bring it before God, and replace it with what His Word actually says about you. That is where freedom begins.
Couples and families work through the same process together. Communication breaks down when hurt goes unspoken, so I create a safe place to say the hard things with grace. I have watched marriages that felt beyond repair be restored in this room. Parents learn to lead their homes with the Lord's wisdom instead of reacting from exhaustion.

How Counseling With Me Works
I also offer life coaching for men and women who are not in crisis but want clarity on purpose, calling, and next steps. Coaching sessions are goal-focused and practical, and they still keep Jesus at the center. Many of my clients start with counseling and move into coaching as healing takes hold.
I do not run a scripted program. I listen, I ask questions, and I let each session go where you need it to go, with prayer whenever you want it. Clients who have worked through trauma and anxiety counseling with me often describe this as the difference between coping and truly getting better.
